Spoken English నేర్చుకోవడానికి, అంటే English లో ధారాళంగా మాట్లాడాలంటే మీరు చేయాల్సింది: verb conjugation తెలుసుకోవడం. అంటే verb కు,
past tense, past participle తెలుసుకోవడం. ఇవి కిందివిధంగా
ఉంటాయి.

ఈ conjugation తెలిసి ఉండటం చాలా అవసరం. చాలా verbs, past tense, past participle, +ed చేర్చి (Talk, talked, talked) లేదా +d చేర్చి (like, liked,
liked) లేదా +t చేర్చి (smell, smelt, smelt) form చేస్తాం.
కొన్ని verbs కు మాత్రం (give, gave, given)
ఒక పద్ధతి లేకుండా
(irregular
గా) form అవుతాయి. వీటిని నేర్చుకోవడం
ముఖ్యం.
ఇవి ఏ grammar book/Oxford, Cambridge,
Longman's Dictionaries లో అయినా దొరుకుతాయి. కంఠస్థం చేయండి.
ఇప్పుడు మనం daily life లో ఎక్కువగా వాడే కొన్ని మాటలు (vocabulary) చూద్దాం.
Parts of the human body
Head, face, eyes, ears, neck, nose,
shoulders, fingers, legs లాంటి మాటలు అందరికీ తెలుసు.

➤ forehead = నుదురు,
➤ eyelids = కనురెప్పలు;
➤ eyebrows = కనుబొమ్మలు;
➤ eyelash = కనురెప్ప లోపలి భాగం;
➤ nose bridge = ముక్కుమీద కళ్లజోడు ఆనేచోటు;
➤ right nostril,
left nostril = ముక్కు రంధ్రాలు.
➤ gums = పంటి చిగుళ్లు;
➤ jaw = దవడ
➤ ear lobe = చెవులకు కమ్మలు, రింగులు తగిలించే
భాగం
➤ chin = గడ్డం (వెంట్రుకలు లేని);
➤ ribs = పక్క ఎముకలు
➤ spine/backbone =
వెన్నెముక;
➤ hand = అంటే హస్తం మాత్రమే;
➤ wrist = మణికట్టు;
➤ arm = మణికట్టు నుంచి భుజాల వరకు ఉండే చేయి.
➤ elbow = మోచేయి;
➤ forefinger = చూపుడు వేలు;
➤ little finger = చిటికెనవేలు;
➤ thumb = బొటనవేలు ;
➤ stomach = కడుపు/ పొట్ట.
➤ waist = నడుము.
➤ backside =
buttocks = పిరుదులు.
➤ lap = ఒడి;
➤ knee = మోకాలు;
➤ shin = కాలిముందరి భాగం;
➤ calf = కాలి వెనుక భాగం;
➤ ankle = కాలికి పాదానికీ మధ్య కీలు (చీలమండ);
➤ toes = కాలివేళ్లు;
➤ big toe = కాలిబొటనవేలు.
